I’ve been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. My Dr is going to schedule an app with a dietician but i still haven’t hear from him, in the mean time I’m so scares of what to eat because I thought I was doing good. Does anyone can help me with simple recipes of what to eat for breakfast?, it has to be simple since I work, I’ve been eating sugar free oatmeal for breakfast but I’m getting tired of it, also I don’t know what to have for lunch. Drinks are ok, since I’m only drinking water. I am so frustrated I don’t know what to eat, please help.
Someone told me to have 1/2 slice of bagel and cream cheese and ham but I thought I can’t have carbs?…I don’t know anymore
